1. Legal information and acceptance
These provisions regulate the use of the website service that ALJ Abogados makes available to Internet users.

2. Intellectual property
All the Web contents, which include for example the Web design, source code, logos, texts, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, links, audiovisual and sound content, graphic design and source codes (the “Contents”), are the intellectual property of ALJ Abogados or third parties. It is understood that none of the exploitation rights recognized by the current legislation on intellectual property are transferred to the user, except those strictly necessary for the use of the Website. Their use, reproduction, distribution, public dissemination, transformation, or any other similar action, is totally forbidden unless expressly authorised in writing by its creator or owner of the rights.
Brand marks, commercial names or distinctive signs are owned by ALJ Abogados or third parties, with it being understood that access to the Web does not attribute any right to these brand marks, commercial names or distinctive signs.
3. Website conditions of use

The use of the Web, all URLs, sub-domains and directories included in it and the services or content that can be obtained through this Website are subject to these terms and conditions of use (“Terms and Conditions of Use”). However, access to any of these services or content may also require the acceptance of additional, general, or particular conditions. All information provided by the User through the Website contact form must be truthful. Thus, the User guarantees the authenticity of all data supplied and, if necessary, will update the information provided to ALJ Abogados so that it corresponds to the actual situation of the User at all times. If Website Users or any other Internet users become aware that the Linked Sites refer to pages with contents or services which are illegal, harmful, denigrating, violent or contrary to public morality, they may contact ALJ Abogados with the following information:

The User agrees to utilise the Website services in accordance with applicable regulations and within the terms expressed in these Terms and Conditions of Use, and be responsible for their proper use. Any Users acting against the image, good name or reputation of ALJ Abogados; illegally or fraudulently using the Website Contents; or infringing the intellectual property rights of the Website or its Contents or services in any way will be responsible to ALJ Abogados for their actions.
